This one was a challenge - fitting 24 units into a heritage district where everyone's watching. We kept the street-facing facade respectful to the neighbourhood but opened up the back with these killer floor-to-ceiling windows. The penthouse suite? Don't even get me started on those views of the city.

Banking clients are tough - they want impressive but not flashy, modern but timeless. We went with this clean glass and steel approach that catches the light differently throughout the day. The ground floor lobby's got 30-foot ceilings and everyone who walks in just stops and looks up. Mission accomplished.

Turning a 1890s mill into mixed-use space without losing its soul? That took some serious detective work. Found the original brick under six layers of paint and restored every beam we could save.

The clients wanted to feel like they're living on a yacht. So we basically designed a house that flows from inside to outside without any hard transitions. Pool's cantilevered over the cliff edge - looks insane.

Eight narrow-lot townhomes that actually feel spacious. Trick was going vertical and adding skylights everywhere. Each unit's got its own rooftop terrace too.

Converted an old warehouse into a 32-room hotel. Kept the exposed brick and beams, threw in some serious soundproofing, and now it's booked solid year-round.
